* THE PURCHASE *

Summer 1999

Larry and I bought the first house we looked at in July, and we moved in, August 1st, 1999. The house is located in the Indian Hills of Riverside, California (about half way between Los Angeles and Palm Springs).

It was the perfect location for Larry's work. I wasn't too sure about living in the desert myself, but I love him enough to live on the moon!

The colors were all wrong, but are easily changed. There was little in the way of landscaping. The hill behind the house slants right to the backdoor. The property has so much potential, and gave plenty of room. BUT we have a LOT of work to turn this property into our dreams...
