Demo was started November 21, 2005.

Our suite was finished by contractor #3 (originally started by fired contractor #2) and was supposed to take one month to finish. Work was finally completed Jan 6, 2006 (okay, mostly... several problems arose and we still had a couple of them that had to be completed by contractor #4 in August 2006)

Contractors SUCK!
