"I'll hire the muscular descendants of Roman gods to do the heavy lifting." ~Frances (Diane Lane) UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN Larry and I were generously invited to visit our very good friend Laura Annaliese Curran-Harris (and hubby Steve) in Italy. So, in February 2005 we finally jumped on a plane and got our very first stamps in our passports. It rained almost the whole time, but we had a blast in spite of the weather, and we got to see an amazing amount in a very short amount of time thanks to our excellent tour guide Annaliese! We stayed the first night in the darling Hotel Forum across the street from the Forum ruins. We stayed three nights at thier apartment on the Naval Base at Gricignano (just outside Naples). Annaliese, you're the best lady! Thanks for the memories of a lifetime... Grazie dalla parte inferiore dei nostri cuori!
